In this episode I’ve simply entitled “God is Greater”, I want to share with you my story – my testimony – of overcoming Covid-19 and the faithfulness of the Lord through it all. How did I stay in perfect peace and full of hope and joy in a room with no window and visitors for eight days? The answer is that God is greater!

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if

there is anything praiseworthy—

meditate on these things.

UPg for this episode:

Pahari Muslims

The UPG for this episode is the Pahari Muslims. With a population of over 3 million, the name Pahari means “people of the hill country”, a reference to their living in the Himalayan regions from Nepal to Pakistan. The term can apply generically to many peoples living throughout the Himalayas which speak related dialects. However, in this region, it refers to a specific people living primarily on either side of the border between Pakistani and Indian Kashmir. There are no known Christ-followers among them.

The Paharis are often confused with the Gujjars in Kashmir and the Punjabis in Pakistan. They have struggled to assert their own unique identity and most of the world has forgotten they exist, even in their own countries. PRAY that they might know the boundless love of the Creator through Jesus Christ, Who made them and redeemed them, that they might be with Him for eternity.

PRAY for regional churches to feel led to adopt the Pahari people and send workers to share the Good News with them.

Though the world has forgotten and neglected the Pahari Muslims, the Lord has not forgotten them. And now we will not forget them. Every year, 3,000 – around 8 per day – Pahari Muslims enter eternity without Christ, many of whom never hear the Gospel in their lifetime. Your prayers matter!
